Pro začátek si dovolím lehkou poznámku. Kompilace můžeme v rámci psytrance muziky považovat za plnohodnotná (a někdy dokonce koncepční) alba. Píši to pro jistotu pro nováčky psytrance teprve objevující. Zatímco v jiných elektronických žánrech bývá kompilace spíš doprovodnou záležitostí sólové produkce, ty psytrancové mají svůj vlastní étos, styl a povahu a fungují skvěle jako příběh, pokud jsou dobře sestavené.
Album začíná parádní hopsačkou od řeckých Ingrained Instincts. Vál se nese v obdobném duchu jako jejich nedávné album "Invent The Future", pohodová skákací basa posazená do vyšší tóniny. Příjemný twillight sound a bohaté zvukové vrstvy dělají z jejich skladby Cognitive Surplus jednu z těch nejlepších, které vydali. Peyotes se skladbou Problem Child pokračují v nastolené atmosféře s více forest atmosférou a za doprovodu lesních duchů poskytují tancujícímu posluchači smrtící kopák. Štavnaté zvoučky dodávají houkání sov hustou atmosféru.
Co zde máme dál? Například skvělý kolab Yebah a mých miláčků Yabba Dabba s názvem Leave No Leaf. Naprosto typická, ale velice zábavná noční bláznivina hopsá a juchá a já s ní. Pecka. Kabayun a Antonymous si společně upekli track Fragments Of Imagination, temnější a zlověstnější výpravnou věc. Nejvíce ale překvapil Gaspard. Jeho hudbu sleduji a mám jí rád, ale u jeho nového tracku Don't Be a Qunt mi přijde, že doopravdy přišel s objevnými a nosnými nápady. Parádní šleha na závěr výborné kompilace. Myslím, že všechny skladby na "Space True Natives" si najdou své fanoušky. Zde jsem zmínil jen mé nejoblíbenější.
Nová kompilačka samozřejmě neposkytuje nic extra, co bychom již předtím neslyšeli, ale to se od psytrancové hudby ani nechce. Důležité je, že to maká, a tahle skvělá záležitost tedy opravdu maká. Výborná práce všech zúčastněných a rozhodně kompilujících djs Daksiho a Emiela.

The German label Sangoma Records is one of the most
popular psytrance teams with night psychedelic material. Their famous squelchy sounds have been many DJs arsenal for years and can be heard on the sound
systems of the long nights of many festivals. The compilations in their
catalogue have energy and variability, and the new stuff is no different. If
you like to rave at the night's psy sounds just like me, push the play button of this beautiful psytrance music (decorated with a beautiful painting) from the workshop of
artists from Sangoma. Let's do this and look at some of my favorite
songs.
Let me start with a slight remark. Compilations can be considered a full-fledged (and sometimes even conceptual) album within the psytrance genre of music. I'm writing this for the new to the psytrance music. While in other electronic genres, compilation is more of a side issue of solo production, psytrance ones have their own ethos, style and character, and work great as a story when well put together.
The album begins with a great bouncer from the Greek Ingrained Instincts. This tune is carried in a similar spirit to their recent album "Invent The Future", a relaxed jumping bass set to a higher pitch. Pleasant twillight sound and rich sound layers make their song Cognitive Surplus one of the best they have ever released. Peyotes with the song Problem Child continue in the established atmosphere with a more forest atmosphere and, accompanied by forest spirits, provide the dancing listener with a deadly kick. Juicy sounds give owl hooting a dense atmosphere.
What do we have here next? For example, the great
collab of Yebah and my darlings Yabba Dabba called Leave No Leaf. Absolutely
typical, but very funny night madness bounces and jumps and me with them. Killer! Kabayun and Antonymous together created the track Fragments Of Imagination, a
darker and more sinister storytelling thing. But Gaspard was most surprising. I
watch his music and I like it, but with his new track Don't Be a Qunt, it
occurs to me that he really came up with some creative discovery and nice ideas. Great
bouncer at the end of an excellent compilation. I think all the songs on
"Space True Natives" will find their fans. I only mentioned my
favorites here.
Of course, the new compilation doesn't provide anything extra that we haven't heard before, but we don't even want that from psytrance music. The important thing is that it works, so this great thing is really working. Great job everyone involved and for sure to Daksi and Emiel for the compiling work!
